This writ application has been filed for a direction to the concerned respondents for preventing them from soil cutting over the land of the petitioner, bearing Khata No. 8, Khesra No. 302, Mauza - Bisodah, P.S. - Chandramandih, District - Jamui, which falls under the Chakai Circle and further for a direction to pay the price of soil excavation over an area of about 2 lacs cubic feet.

However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the present writ petition with a direction to the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jamui / Respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation, which has been filed by the petitioner on 06.03.2020 (Annexure-5).

In view of prayer made on behalf of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent no. 2/ Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jamui to consider the representations filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

5. With aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
