The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted with fists and slaps in the abdomen of the deceased consequently the deceased was operated and died.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no external injury and no information was given to the police. It appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioners that they assaulted with fists and slaps consequently the father of the informant became unconscious, he was operated and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1069 of 2015 (5) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 during treatment the father of the informant died. The witnesses have supported the versions of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
