JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that petitioner along with others came at the house of the informant and assaulted him and his family members. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. No allegation of tampering of witnesses is alleged against petitioner. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nature of injury is simple. Other co-accused have been granted bail vide Annexure-4 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Mufassil
