The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garhi P.S. Case No.100 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 353, 302, 307, 332, 333, 224, 504, 506 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, his son and other family members are accused of killing a police personnel. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2023. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner and his entire family have been found to be involved in illegal sand mining and also the nature of allegation of killing a police personnel, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
