The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 238/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 188, 333, 342, 427, 353, 504, and 505 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation against these petitioners of having made unlawful assembly and causing hindrance to public road. It is submitted that when they were called upon to discontinue such participation the petitioners became violent had given blows to the informant by hands and fists.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55098 of 2015 (3) dt.22-01-2016 2/2 Learned counsel further submits that actually it was two groups which had clashed and the petitioners have been named only because they are present there.

Considering the nature of allegation made against these petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 238/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
