Patna High Court CWJC No.7611 of 2020(7) dt.21-06-2021 2/2 petitioner has substantially been redressed. The said supplementary counter affidavit is not there on record. However, a copy of the same has been communicated to Mr. Suraj Samdarshi, learned counsel representing the BIADA. He agrees that the petitioner's grievance has been substantially redressed as the petitioner has been assured that a registered lease deeds will be executed within four weeks.
