====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 This application has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 1632 of 1992 which was dismissed for want of prosecution. After the application was filed on 02.03.1993 office immediately pointed out various defects and since 1993 the defects have not been rectified. Even today when the case called out, none appeared for the petitioner. It seems that with the passage of time the parties are no more interested in the matter. This Court cannot leave the matter pending any further when the defects pointed out more than 14 years back in the year 1993 have not been rectified even till date. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands dismissed. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) P.K.P.
