The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Banka Thana P.S.Case No. 749 of 2020. As per allegation, the named accused persons assaulted the informant with iron rod etc and made him injured. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The allegation against them is general and omnibus and the specific

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Banka in connection with Banka Thana P.S.Case No. 749 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
