The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 94/2015 registered for offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that within 1 and 1⁄2 year period of the marriage daughter-in-law had been killed.

It is contended on behalf of petitioner that the victim was suffering from chronic lungs disease. The husband is in custody. Father-in-law has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 7.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55267 of 2015. Petitioner is mother-in-law.
