JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 96/2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 447, 506, 354, 384, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that similarly circumstanced co-accused Meena Devi and Prafull Paswan have already been granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 30.09.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39670 of 2015 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54399 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 30th September, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39670 of 2015, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.
