JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2017 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has already left the job of the company, namely, O.C.P.L., Aurangabad and now he is working in a different company. It is further submitted that there is no allegation against the petitioner that he had realized the money, and there is general allegation against the petitioner and only on the basis of omnibus allegation he has been made accused in this case. It has also been submitted that on the basis of the same allegation he has been made accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.427 of 2017 (2) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 in 16 cases, out of which he has been granted anticipatory bail in 12 other cases, copies of which have been annexed to this application as Annexure-4 series.

Having heard both sides, in view of the fact as stated above and as there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and he has been made accused in 16 cases, out of which in 12 cases he has been granted anticipatory bail, let above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-five thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case no. 80 of 2011, G. R. no. 534 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with condition that petitioner will co-operate during investigation with the police.
