Mr Amit Bhushan, AC to GP XVII ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 It is submitted by learned State Counsel that from bare perusal of orders contained in Annexures 2, 3 and 4 series, it would be apparent that the petitioner was throughout working on a Grade IV Post. Even prior to his regularization and subsequent thereto, he has been given the responsibility of working as a Bearer in the Hospital in the Electro Cardiograph Unit.

Merely for the fact that the petitioner has been given the charge of maintenance of equipment for a small time cannot be made the basis of claiming absorption as ECG Technician,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15259 of 2011(11) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 which is a grade III post, as appointment to the said post is by way of direct recruitment under the ECG Technician Cadre Recruitment Rules notified on 13.02.2014 (Annexure C) None appears for the petitioner.
