Petitioner, namely, Dilip Manjhi apprehends his arrest in Jehanabad P.S. Case No.46 of 2015 under Section 302 I.P.C. along with other ancillary sections.
From perusal of the F.I.R., it appears that this petitioner and other co-accused named in the F.I.R. assaulted Vijay Kumar Sharma with lathi and stone as a result of which Vijay Kumar Sharma died at the spot. Since there is direct allegation against this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
