====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 151 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that co-accused Anil Kumar Yadav has been apprehended by the Police. On search, one country made pistol loaded with one cartridge has been recovered from his possession. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Anil Kumar Yadav. He further submits that Anil Kumar Yadav has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 25.9.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 49006 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, in connection with Turkauliya P.S.
