The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 184 of 2015 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and during investigation, not a single witness has stated about the involvement of the petitioner in this case. Further submission is that petitioner's name appeared after three months of the alleged occurrence.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53514 of 2016 (3) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Motihari (East Champaran) in connection with Pipra P.S.
