JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father's name of petitioner no. 3 was wrongly recorded as Hira Yadav in the main Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 9213/2019, as a result thereof in the order dated 18.02.2019 also the name of father of petitioner no. 3 has been recorded as Hira Yadav. It is submitted that in fact the correct name of the father of petitioner no. 3 is Sita Rai @ Sita Yadav. In this connection petitioner has also enclosed a copy of the Aadhar Card as Annexure '2' to the present application. Learned counsel submits that the correction may be carried out in the father's name of petitioner no. 3. It is further submitted that in the petition the age of petitioner no. 3 has been recorded as 46 years whereas it should be 64 years.

No.23029 of 2019(2) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the affidavit and Annexure '2' which is a copy of the Aadhar Card in support of the statement made in paragraph '3' of the application, let the necessary correction be carried out with regard to the age of the petitioner no. 3 as 64 years and his father's name as Sita Rai @ Sita Yadav and fresh order shall be issued accordingly.

In the given circumstances, let the prescribed period of four weeks for surrender be extended to two weeks from today. Rest of the order shall remain intact. This Modification Application stands disposed of. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Rajeev/- U T
