This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Special Excise Case No.290 of 2023 (G.R. No. 477 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

About 106 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a Santro Car. The petitioner is in custody since 09.04.2023. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months of judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Court No.2, Aurangabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 290 of 2023 (G.R. No. 477 of 2023).
