This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of G.O. Case No. 235 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 47(a) Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released
