1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents to consider the service of the petitioner on which the petitioner has been working since the month of August, 2005 to month

Patna High Court CWJC No.11552 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 of March, 2020 and accordingly grant the consequential benefits to the petitioner. ii. Further, for issuance of a writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as contractual employee as he was working till the month of March, 2020 and also to make payment of 2005 as well as differences of wages between said period."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
