Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 586 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties as is evident from Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the
