2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 140(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have conspired together and have kidnapped her husband and killed him.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that one coaccused has been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26710 of 2026(2) dt.06-05-2026 2/2 Misc No. 32891 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 27.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is involved in the crime hence, he does not deserve bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The concerned court below is directed to expedite the trial as it has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that till now, even charge has not been framed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
