2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Punpun P.S.Case No.78 of 2017 registered for an offence under Section 147, 148, 323, 307, 504, 337 and 506 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that on the preceding date of Holi festival, occurrence of assault took place between the parties. From the side of these petitioners three persons including the informant sustained simple injury. A counter case vide Punpun P.S.Case No.79 of 2017 was lodged by the mother of petitioner nos.1 and 2 and in the said occurrence five persons sustained injury out of which injured Mithilesh Prasad sustained grievous injury which is fracture of 10th rib of right side. Both parties are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39480 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/2 agnate and allegation of assault is omnibus.

4. Learned APP opposed the submissions.

5. Considering the simple nature of injury, facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Masaurhi in connection with Punpun P.S.Case No.78 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
