Mr. Rudradeo CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 504, 506, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The dispute involved between the parties is purely civil in nature for which no criminal prosecution is warranted. There is case and counter case. In the complaint lodged by this petitioner against the informant, the Court below has been pleased to take cognizance vide order dated 30.08.2017 copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-6 to the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
