In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Shrinagar (Pujahan) P.S. Case No. 113 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 354(C), 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made against the petitioner to have caused injury by Garasa on the scull of the Informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case and counter case from both sides. The petitioner has also received injury.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5934 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 bail to the petitioner at this stage.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Laichi Devi is rejected.
If the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, the court below will take a decision on the same day of surrender of the petitioner in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
