2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

a). For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs for directing the respondents especially respondent No. 8 investigating officer of Kudra P.S. Case No. - 459/2024 to do proper and partial investigation in Kudra P.S. Case No 459/2024, Kudra P.S.Case No. 460/2024 and Kudra P.S. Case No 461/2024.

b).

For issuance of an appropriate

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.690 of 2025(2) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 writ/writs directing the respondents to conduct impartial enquiry in Kudra P.S.

Case No 459/2024, Kudra P.S.Case No.

460/2024 and Kudra P.S. Case No 461/2024.

3. This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur (Bhabua) for the reliefs prayed for in this writ petition.

4. If any such representation is filed, the Superintendent of Police, Kaimur (Bhabua) will examine the same and if he finds substance in the representation of the petitioner then he may proceed on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case.
