JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b), a, 37B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made victim of false implication. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. As a matter of fact petitioner had produced the arms of the accused persons in Mufasil P.S. Case No. 430 of 2014 after snatching the same from the accused. In that case admittedly fire arm was used leading to injury. Due to that only he has been made accused in this case.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the
