The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that when he had gone to the house of the petitioner to seek payment of the electricity dues, the petitioners objected and when the electricity connection was to be disconnected, it is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26789 of 2022(2) dt.28-07-2022 2/2 alleged that the petitioners assaulted the employee of the company who were trying to disconnect electricity. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case as from perusal of Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application it would manifest that the petitioners had already cleared the dues on 15.03.2022.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Lodipur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
