JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 08-07-2019 Heard Mr. Dilip Kumar Tondon, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Bishambhar Prasad, learned AC to AAG-5.

The complaint made by the petitioner as regarding the irregularities being committed by the dealer under the Public Distribution System has been taken cognizance of and action taken as explained in para 10 of the counter affidavit filed. It is stated that the license of the said dealer has been cancelled on 01.06.2019.

In such view of the matter, we do not deem it

Patna High Court CWJC No.9993 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 necessary to keep the writ petition pending as the cause raised has been taken to its conclusion and although the petitioner complains that he has also been subjected to criminal proceedings but for the same he would have to take proper legal recourse as available to him.

With the observations above, we dispose of the writ petition.
