Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 359 of 2015 registered under Section-307 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Dinara P.S.
