The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307, 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the twenty one named accused persons including the petitioner herein are stated to have come variously armed. Ramdeo Rai stabbed the daughter of the informant leading to her death. The petitioner and other accused persons are stated to have set the house on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case. There is no allegation against him of having assaulted the deceased. The co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36015 of 2021(3) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 accused Amod Yadav, Dharmendra Rai and Rajesh Rai have been enlarged on bail by the learned court below. The petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2020 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case, the petitioner having remained in custody for over 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case no.176 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sheohar.
