The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 353 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that while petitioner along with other were coming from Buxar, the police has stopped them and hot discussion took place. Allegation has been made that they have put hindrance in discharging the duty. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioners, namely, Ravi Rai @ Ravi Shanker Rai, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18673 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No.151 of 2015, G.R. No. 1742 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
