2. This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in G.R. Case No. 609 of 1991, arising out of Supaul P.S. Case No. 247 of 1991 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Supaul.

3. The learned court below shall take attempt for reconstruction of the missing exhibits by taking assistance of the parties. If it becomes impossible to reconstruct those exhibits, the appeal shall be disposed of on the materials available with the record.
