Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present criminal revision application has been filed against order dated 11.07.2017 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Complaint Case No. 993 of 2017 by which the complaint petition of the petitioner was rejected.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a poor person and his house was demolished by the opposite
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.927 of 2017(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/2 parties in the name of installation of electric pole and tower on his raity land without payment of any compensation to him. Counsel for the State submits that if petitioner has any grievances against the electricity department, he ought to file representation to the officials and if he requires compensation, he ought to move before the highest authorities. In this background, this criminal revision application is hereby dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner that he may raise his claim before the appropriate authorities for the same and shall also grant compensation from them.
With the aforesaid observation, the present criminal revision application is hereby disposed off.
