JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 504 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws the attention of this Court to the fact that some of the accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 32256 of 2016 by order dated 24.08.2016. He further points out that there are case and counter case in respect to the land.

Be that as it may, the petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41808 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Nawadah Mufassil P.S. Case no. 52 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
