The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) of the Excise Act.

About two liters and odd country made liquor was allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioner on 29th September, 2015. The petitioner has stated, on oath, that he has got not criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ekma P.S. Case No. 176 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
