In this case, the petitioner is challenging the construction of building of Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan having stated that the Mukhiya has violated the terms of the Circular
Patna High Court CWJC No.7268 of 2020(2) dt.31-08-2020 2/2 and wrongly sanctioned for construction of building in his own village.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation (Annexure-11) which is pending. This Court directs the Collector, Lakhisaria to entertain the representation of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law within ten weeks.
With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
