The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 under Sections 153A, 295A, 436, 332 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The police officer of Bikramganj Police Station, who is informant of the case, alleged that on 25.04.2017 on the eve of Ramnavmi many Hindus assembled and started raising slogans in order to flare a communal tension.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that of course the petitioner is named in the first information report, but, no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is a teacher in a Government school. It is, further, submitted that Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 was also registered by a police officer on the same and similar allegation and Sonu Pandey has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 32975 of 2017 and the case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

No.43574 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 Considering the facts, aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sararam, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
