The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent-authorities to release the pension account, bearing Pension Account No. 10010100003938 and O. D. account, bearing OD Account No. 10010400009295 of the petitioner's husband, which has been freezed arbitrarily. Learned Counsel for the Bank informs that for the same relief, the husband of the petitioner has filed an application before the learned Court below and the writ application filed on behalf of wife of the employee is not

Patna High Court CWJC No.7570 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2020 2/2 maintainable inasmuch as the petitioner is not the aggrieved party.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file a writ petition by the aggrieved party, i.e. husband of the petitioner, namely, Sant Kumar Sinha. Permission is accorded.

This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
