It is alleged that petitioner took Rs.
1,50,000/- to the complainant for getting him appointed as Shiksha Mitra.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to the payment. Moreover the post of Shiksha Mitra was abolished years prior to the lodging of the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
