Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chandi P.S. Case No.38 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Headmaster of the school alleged that the petitioner entered into his chamber and assaulted him with stick and also put hindrance in discharge of his official duty. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that true facts are that the informant assaulted the son of the petitioner and caused head injury for that Chandi P.S. Case No.39 of 2019 was registered. Annexure-2 is the photograph of the son of the petitioner, which shows that the son of the petitioner got injury on his head.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27966 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S.
