JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-05-2019 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 376, 419, 504, 506, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of Information Technology Act, 2000.

Allegation against the petitioner is of making physically relationship and when she became pregnant, petitioner got the pregnancy aborted and it is also alleged that petitioner made the obscene video of the informant and threatened her to make the same viral.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from the F.I.R. itself it is evident that the informant is consensual party and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody for more than three

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, at this stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, however, once the charge is framed, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
