It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the address portion of the order dated 13.03.2023, the surname/alias name of the petitioner namely Munna Kunwar could not been typed as the same was not mentioned in the address portion of the main petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the address portion of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41422 of 2023(2) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 petition.

The order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47614 of 2022 is modified to the extent that let surname/alias name of the petitioner "Munna Kunwar" be added in the address portion of the order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47614 of 2022. The order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47614 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
