JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-04-2015 The writ application is allowed with a limited direction that for the charges alleged against the petitioner, the order of termination may not be valid keeping in mind the recent directive of the Director, ICDS, which has prescribed different varying kind of punishment on omissions, which are committed by Aganbari Sevikas. The District Programme Officer, Banka is directed to pass an appropriate order in relation to the charge and omission of the petitioner.
