The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017 registered under Sections 414 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that in respect to recovery of motorcycle on 26.10.2014, the informant lodged the present case on 04.05.2017, in which, petitioners have not named in the F.I.R. Thereafter, it has come in the statement of Choukidar that both the petitioners had come to the police Station to release the motorcycle and on that basis their name surfaced in the present case mere on suspicion. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No. 71 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
