Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 781 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 366, 364, 302, 120-B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code were also added.

Though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but one of the co-accused namely, Akshay Kumar, in his self inculpatory statement has stated that the petitioner along with others has actively participated in the brutal murder of the deceased, who was earlier kidnapped for ransom.
