2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of farsa with intention to kill him.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioner have been falsely implicated in this case due to party politics and grudge. The informant family and petitioner are own Gotiya coming in same stock of the family. There is a case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No.303 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) durgesh/- U T
