In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per statement made in the First Information Report, there was a hot discussion between the parties and, later on, the petitioners and their associates left the place, again returned and firing was made on the Informant. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18912 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, 1. Gagendra Kumar Singh @ Gajendra @ Gajendra Kr. Singh @ Gudu Singh and 2. Piyush @ Piyush Raj @ Chhotu is rejected with a liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for bail and the court below will consider the same without being prejudiced by this order.
