The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 325, 323, 341, 448, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that though the occurrence of offences is said to have taken place on 03.09.2017, the first information report was instituted after three days on 06.09.2017 and the petitioner is said to be merely a member of unlawful

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18656 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 assembly as also the fact that there is a counter case being Manpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2017, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
