====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 28-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable u/s 420, 376, 504, 34 IPC. Allegedly, the petitioner induced and seduced the informant on the pretext of marriage and used to establish physical relations but at the end petitioner did not turn up for marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. From the statement of the informant it is clear that she herself has refused to solemnize marriage, it this view of the matter, there remains no

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail. The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on his behalf is hereby rejected. This application is accordingly dismissed.
