The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 447, 323, 427, 436, 307, 148 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case. The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on order dated 13.06.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.35119 of 2021 to press the present bail application and further submits that petitioner is neither related to Mintu Tiwary nor he has any concern with his family members and came to be falsely implicated in the present case as the informant was on an inimical term with the present petitioner.

No.36018 of 2021(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that the co-accused have been granted bail, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No.491 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
